Kevin has spent the last decade as a dedicated music educator. Working with students in singing, songwriting, and ukulele both individually and together with groups in organizations such as LA Opera Connects, USC, After School Matters, and Chicago Public Schools, Allen takes a hands on and compassion forward approach to learning. He has also been a music director for many vocal engagements including live pop & jazz performances, choirs of all levels, and a cappella groups of all levels – creating arrangements and helping them through competitive or performance based cycles.
